1. Initial contact is made. We will ask for your contact information including name, address, and telephone number. We will also need a brief description of what paranormal activity is occurring.
2. We then will decide if it can be handled over emails or phone, needs a full on-sight investigation, or if more information is needed for a decision. If a full investigation is not needed, we will provide you with information, resources, and support to help you in dealing with what is happening. If it is something we need to investigate, we will send you a questionnaire and a non-disclosure agreement.
3. After we review your answers, we will set up an interview with you and other witnesses.
4. We then do some research and set up a date for a full night investigation of the property.
5. After the investigation, all evidence collected will be analyzed and put together for you.
6. We will then get together with you and go over all of our findings. You will receive a copy of any evidence found. We then will tell you our conclusions, offer any help we can, and decide if more investigating needs to be done.
7. There will be a follow-up call to see if further help is needed.
8. We will send you a comment survey to let us know how you think your investigation went.
9. During or after an investigation please contact us with any questions. We will always be available for support and with answers or information for you.
